  • Created an online library for each area of operations so managers could always access the most up to date documents and information

  • Analyzed monthly P&L, researched inconsistencies, identified opportunities and implemented profit-increasing changes

    • Managed residential electricians and trained them to provide white glove service, increase their average $ per sale, generate positive online reviews and referrals, keep trucks stocked, manage their apprentices
    • Trained and managed contact center employees: to dispatch for maximum profit, decrease average response time, increase booking rate, outbound call successfully, thoroughly document interactions in our CRM

  • Bath Planet
    • Lead generation: built an appointment-setting team of 5 and created booths at the Del Mar Fair, home shows and malls; the team generated enough leads to keep our 4 in-home sales consultants booked 
    • In-Home Sales Management: Hired and developed a sales team, chose and tracked KPIs, conducted 1-1 ride-alongs and team sales trainings
    • Project Management: Oversaw the successful completion of bathroom remodels (approximately 5/week) including overseeing the ordering, delivery and storage of products and the teams of plumbers and apprentices
